With a background in the wine industry, and a passion for food and chillis, my partner and I bought acreage property on the Sunshine Coast where we could grow our chillis and create the sauces. Noosa Chilli produces award winning gourmet sauces and chutneys which are handmade in small batches and preserved naturally, using quality ingredients sourced locally. Heat levels range from mild chutneys and jams through to extremely hot sauces, which are not for the faint hearted.
